From the moment I arrived, the incredibly friendly staff made me feel right at home, going above and beyond to accommodate any request. The spacious room, immaculately clean with a thoughtful touch of unique bed designs each day by the attentive chambermaids, provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the nearby ski areas. The abundance of information readily available on the in-room tablet, including details on the hotel, ski buses, and dining options, added a modern convenience to the traditional Tyrolean experience. The culinary offerings were truly exceptional, with a wide selection of meals for dinner that catered to all tastes, presented beautifully in buffet style with regular replenishments-a true feast for both the eyes and the palate. The elaborate breakfast spread, featuring a diverse array of items including freshly baked bread, perfectly set the tone for a day of adventure in the Tirol region. The cozy lounge area, complete with an inviting open fire, provided a relaxing space to unwind with a drink after a day on the slopes.
